ACC Ruins Lives

A bit about myself : Full-time working musician working 4 to 7 nights PW, developed severe tinnitus and hearing loss around 1992, GP sent me to ACC for help, declined, court cases etc, delays of years, medication, depression, illness, lost my home, relationship breakdown , etc etc, at the end of it all I was and still am a mess. The 1990s for me was a time of desperation, doom , and despair, I was thrown back to my financial status as I was when a teen just leaving high-school, penniless!, I am now 60yrs old, and have lost all hope of regaining what i`d aquired before dealing with ACC and National govts brutal policies. The mental scars of these events are impossibe to ignore and I relive them on a daily basis, as my GP says "you have been De-Compensated",,,I`d go further to say "i`ve been ripped off!" in more ways than just assets and financially..

 I was unfortunate at ACC Otahuhu 1992, standing in a line with my med cert in hand with all the people clambering for the lump sum cutoff date, so I was LUMPED into that lot,declined there and then over the counter by an ACC worker and told to go to Social Welfare Dept!, (yes I did a tax return every year),,.When everything a man has worked for is taken from him at the age of 42yrs,he is going to get angry very angry at the system that failed him!. Recently 8th November 2010 an incident with an arrogant rude ACC staff member verbally abusing an ACC recipient over the phone (Stewart Lind even wrote to the PM),,Mr Lind is not alone in his situation, I have been dealing with these ARROGANT SCUM since day one, I will not accept phonecalls from ACC for any reason,if they or you have anything to say, do it in writing!..

It is for the above reason myself and several thousand other sick/injured people will never trust a National government again,Just watch these National buffoons tear this country apart.

October 2009 Nationals Nick Smith Rolls out his "no mercy" policies on ACC which will hurt many claimants and their families severely - a re-run of the cruel 1990s National Govt, This will again be a bonanza for lawyers. - ACC can count on a good fight from me and my family!.
